Fees for Services & Insurance

All services are to be paid directly and are expected at the time of service. As I am an out network provider, if you seek reimbursement from your insurance provider, I can provide the necessary invoices.

• Initial Evalution 1 hour: $250
• Individual, Marital, Family Therapy 55 minutes: $200
• Medication Management 25 minutes: $125
• Meditation Training (Usually done in a group of ten) $50 each

Payment

Cash or check.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you are responsible for the full fee, which is not eligble for insurance reimbursement.

Please understand that when you schedule time with me, it reflects a commitment on both our parts to your treatment.  I hold that time for you.  Frequent cancellations and reschedulings both lessen the effectiveness of treatment and impose an undo burden on my schedule.  I can also provide the time over the phone, if needed.

Making an Appointment

Making an appointment with Dr. Ackerman is easy. You may either call 401-500-5638 so you can talk with him directly or you can use the Appointment Request tab to either email an appointment request or for use the Appointment Scheduler.
